• Business data: keywords, competitors, business description, content preferences
• Audit data: AI visibility scores, keyword results, competitor sightings
• Payment info: processed by Stripe; we store only Stripe customer/subscription IDs
• Usage data: anonymous analytics via Plausible (no cookies, GDPR-compliant)

How We Use Your Data

• Run AI visibility audits across Claude, OpenAI, and Perplexity
• Generate optimized content targeting your keywords and location
• Send weekly reports and milestone notifications
• Improve our service and develop new features

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• SendGrid — email delivery
• Twilio — SMS/WhatsApp notifications (owner only)
• Supabase — database hosting
• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity) — audit queries contain your business name, website, and keywords

Data Retention

Active accounts: data retained while subscription is active. Cancelled accounts: data retained for 90 days, then progressively deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing us.
