2. Access & Fees

Connexion VizAI is currently provided free of charge during our testing period. We will give advance notice before introducing any paid plans, and you will not be charged without opting in.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

Using the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempting to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms
Submitting false business information
Attempting to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service

4. Data and Privacy

We collect business information you provide and audit results we generate. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reports and content produced by our team and AI tooling are provided for your use. We review outputs before delivery; you remain responsible for any content you choose to publish. We do not guarantee specific SEO or visibility outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Connexion AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
