1. What VizAI Is

VizAI ("Service") is a monthly AI visibility reporting service run by Connexion AI, LLC. We ask AI tools the questions your buyers ask. Your report shows a score, how each tool answered, a prioritised list of fixes you do yourself, and who the tools recommend instead.

VizAI is reporting only. We do not make changes to your website, listings or accounts, and we never need your logins or passwords. Please do not send them to us.

2. Plans, Prices & Billing

VizAI has a free plan and paid plans. A person reviews every paid report before you get it. Free reports are published without human review, and they say so. Prices are given on a demo. If you buy from us, we bill you. If you buy through an agency that resells VizAI, that agency bills you and sets its own terms with you. You will not be charged unless you agree to a paid plan.

3. Your Private Portal Link

Each report comes with a private portal link where you can tick off fixes, and where we check the ones we can. The link is the key: anyone who has it can see your report. Share it only with people you trust. Ask us at info@connexionai.tech if you want a link replaced.

4. Agencies

Agencies may resell VizAI under their own brand. If your report came from an agency, that agency is your first point of contact, and these terms still apply to how the Service itself works.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

Using the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempting to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms
Submitting false business information
Attempting to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service

6. Data and Privacy

We collect business information you provide and the results we generate. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. No Guarantees; AI Answers Vary

Reports are produced by us and AI tools. AI answers vary from one day, one tool and one question to the next, so a score is a snapshot and not a promise. We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation or visibility outcome in any AI tool or search engine, even if you complete every fix.

8. Changes You Make

You choose which fixes to make and you make them yourself. You are responsible for any change you make to your website, listings or accounts, and for checking that it is accurate and lawful.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Connexion AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
